Hi, I’m Rich Hartigan, founder of Riverbend Consulting Group LLC! With over 20 years of experience as a business and management consultant and process manager, I launched Riverbend to help business owners create strategies, optimize processes, and scale their businesses. My career began in sales and recruiting, where I quickly learned that getting to know people better through asking great questions leads to better answers and faster problem-solving.
After a decade, I shifted into business operations and process optimization, building scalable systems that allowed healthcare practices to grow. Even as my titles and responsibilities evolved, I realized my passion was consulting and empowering others to succeed. I can help clients train and develop the duplicable conditions for sustainable growth, like watching a dedicated athlete win the gold after years of practice.
